The Peak of Technology, Expertise & Entrepreneurialism
Committed to our Consultants
At SPR, we go to great lengths to ensure our consultants feel supported and part of the team. Redpoint caps off their quarterly meeting with Whirlyball sessions. MPS holds their meetings at the new Microsoft store followed by cocktails. Everyone enjoys a new-hire onboarding process and, after 90 days, a Top Flight morning, wherein all the business leaders do a presentation of what they’re working on.
What’s more, we offer a diverse work environment that fosters personal, professional and technical growth. As a result, our turnover is extremely low. Take Redpoint as an example. Of the original ten people who started, eight are still there. This holds true across the SPR companies: Our overall retention rate is over 90%.
Career Development
Many of our consultants have advanced their careers significantly during their time with SPR. This is partly because our recruiters spend the time necessary to identify the right opportunities for the consultant, and partly because we offer educational support such as Microsoft certification and textbook reimbursement.
Competitive Benefits
SPR offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes:
- Healthcare and long-term care insurance
- Disability plans
- Life insurance
- Financial plans
- Retirement plans/401K
- Healthcare and dependent care flexible savings account
- Work/life programs
- Vacations and holidays
- Employee assistance program
- Educational assistance
- Employee referral program

Sound like an environment you could thrive in?
